This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.

The only personal data collected is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, chosen subject and message.

To answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation for as long as the commercial relationship or the enquiry remains relevant. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to a contact request, or steps taken prior to entering a contract.

We do not use contact form submissions for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties beyond the mail infrastructure needed to deliver them.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the HTTP requests and the technical logs that go with them. Messages sent through the contact form are passed to Discord Netherlands BV, through which they reach the team that answers you. Discord therefore processes the name, e-mail address, company name and message text. The full named list, with where each provider stores data, is published with the final version of this document.

We keep messages received through the form, and the correspondence that follows from them, for as long as the enquiry or the commercial relationship stays relevant, and then delete them. Records with a tax or contractual character are kept separately, for the periods the law requires. Exact periods are published with the final version of this document.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
