All Things IT SRL

Six areas that combine into a single solution. Take one or take the whole chain; the accountability is the same either way.

From design to commissioning

01

Advisory and design

We size and design the solution before you buy anything.

No commitment

We start from the workload, not the catalogue. We look at what you run, the volume you expect, what is not allowed to fall over and what budget exists, then propose an architecture with numbers in it: how many cores, how much memory, what storage, what bandwidth, what level of redundancy. If the right answer is not to buy from us, you hear it at this stage, not after signing.

  • Workload analysis and real constraints
  • Capacity sizing with explicit headroom
  • Proposed architecture, with alternatives and costs
  • Migration plan from existing systems
02

Enterprise hardware

Tested Dell and HPE servers, configured to order, with a 24-month warranty.

24-month warranty

RehardwareDelivered through Rehardware (opens in a new tab)

We supply refurbished enterprise hardware (Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant and equivalents), tested component by component, with firmware brought current and configured for the job it has to do. The same machines we put in our own racks. Twenty-four-month warranty and fast delivery across Romania.

  • Refurbished Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant servers
  • Enterprise CPUs, memory, drives and controllers
  • Custom configurations built to order
  • Full testing before dispatch
  • Nationwide delivery
03

Infrastructure and hosting

Dedicated servers, KVM VPS, colocation and game servers, in a Tier III facility.

99.95% SLA

TorchbyteDelivered through Torchbyte (opens in a new tab)

Compute on hardware we own, in a Tier III facility in Bucharest. Every plan maps to physically allocated resources, with no overselling. Under 5 ms latency to Romanian ISPs, because the machines are in the country the users are in.

  • Dedicated servers
  • KVM VPS on NVMe storage
  • Game server hosting
  • Colocation in NXDATA-1, Bucharest
  • Web hosting
04

Network and DDoS protection

Always-on filtered IP transit, 0 ms mitigation, no detours.

+1 Tbit/s

zeromsZeromsDelivered through Zeroms (opens in a new tab)

Filtering is on all the time. There is no detection threshold to cross and no BGP announcement to wait for, so attack traffic is already inside a filtered path when it arrives. Points of presence sit close to the servers they protect, so protection never shows up in the ping. Capacity above 1 Tbps, on AS215362.

  • DDoS-protected IP transit
  • Always-on L3/L4 filtering with no detection window
  • Low-latency PoPs near the protected infrastructure
  • Capacity above 1 Tbps
  • Direct engineering contact during incidents
05

Deployment and migration

Racking, configuration and cutover, with the downtime window announced up front.

Rollback plan

We put the solution into production: racking, cabling, system and network configuration, integration with what you already have. Migrations are planned in writing, with the window announced beforehand and a rollback plan. You do not discover at two in the morning that a step was missing.

  • Racking, cabling and initial configuration
  • Network configuration and routing on AS215362
  • Migration from existing infrastructure
  • Announced change window with a rollback plan
  • Documented handover
06

Managed operations and support

24/7 monitoring, incident response and a written SLA.

24/7 RO/EN

Once it is in production we stay accountable. We monitor, we respond to incidents and we report. Support is staffed by the people who can log into the switch, in Romanian and English, around the clock. The 99.95% SLA is in the contract, measured against it, and credited when it is missed.

  • Continuous monitoring and alerting
  • 24/7 incident response, in Romanian and English
  • Maintenance windows announced in advance
  • 99.95% SLA with credits when missed
  • Written incident reports, not verbal explanations

The same team runs all six stages. There is no handover to a department that was not in the original conversation.
  1. 01

    Assessment

We find out what you run, the volume you expect and what is not allowed to fall over. No quote before that.

  2. 02

    Design

We propose an architecture with numbers in it: resources, redundancy, latency, cost. With alternatives.

  3. 03

    Supply

We procure, test and configure the equipment, or allocate the capacity in the data centre.

  4. 04

    Deployment

We rack, cable, configure and migrate. Window announced in advance, rollback plan ready.

  5. 05

    Commissioning

We test under real load, validate it with you, and hand over documented.

  6. 06

    Operations

We monitor, respond and report. Same engineer, same accountability.

Send us the context: the workload, the expected volume, what is not allowed to fall over. You get a technical proposal back, not a brochure.
