Three suppliers, one accountability.

Running a company's IT takes three things: the equipment it runs on, the network it depends on and the platform that holds them together. Almost always they come from three different suppliers, with three contracts and three phone numbers.

That is not a problem while everything works. It becomes one on the day something falls over and each supplier demonstrates, convincingly, that it was not their fault. The customer is left with the incident and all three are left with their contracts intact.

All Things IT SRL was registered in Suceava to remove that boundary. We built all three capabilities in house and gave each one a name: Rehardware for the equipment, Zeroms for the network, Torchbyte for the infrastructure.

Each is sold on its own, to its own market, and each has to stand up to its competitors unaided. But taken together, the conversation starts at budget and deadline and runs through to continuous operations without the project being handed to anyone. The engineer who sizes the solution is the one who racks it and the one who answers when it breaks.

One rule produces all the others: do not sell more than you can deliver. It decides what equipment we buy, how we route traffic, how a plan is written, and when we say no.

Who started it.

  • Andrei Dascalu

    Founder

All Things IT SRL was founded in 2021, in Suceava, by Stefan Eduard Straton and Andrei Dascalu.

The idea they started from is the one that holds everything else together: a client whose system has gone down should not have to ring three suppliers to find out whose fault it is. So they built all three capabilities in house, under one name, and gave each a brand: Rehardware for equipment, Zeroms for network, Torchbyte for infrastructure.

The rule they set then has not changed, and it still decides what equipment we buy and when we say no: we do not sell more than we can deliver.

  1. 2021

All Things IT SRL is founded

The company is registered in Suceava with a clear brief: cover everything a business needs from IT under a single contract, from assessment through to operations.

  2. 2022

The first capability goes into production

Torchbyte becomes operational and is sold as a business in its own right. It is the platform customer projects run on.

  3. 2023

The network becomes its own capability

What we had built internally for our own systems proved better than anything that could be bought. It was separated out, hardened and offered as Zeroms, including to other companies.

  4. 2024

    Equipment closes the chain

Years of specifying, testing and burning in enterprise equipment become Rehardware: tested hardware with a warranty, sold directly to the customer.

  5. Today

    Complete solutions, one operator

Three specialist brands, one engineering team and one contract. We design, supply, commission and operate.

Values are only worth stating if holding them costs something. Each of these does.
01

Single accountability

One contract, one team, nobody to blame but us.

Equipment, network and infrastructure come from the same company, so there is no support boundary to negotiate in the middle of an incident. Escalation is a walk across the room, not a vendor SLA.

02

Proven before it ships

Nothing reaches a customer untested.

Equipment is burned in component by component before it leaves for the customer. Configurations are validated under real load before handover. Failures happen here, not in your production.

03

Transparency

Published specifications, published limits.

What a quote includes is what it includes. Allocation policy, capacity and the exact terms of the warranty are stated up front. If something breaks, the incident is explained in writing rather than absorbed.

04

What the quote says

We do not sell more than we can deliver.

The resources we promise are reserved, not shared and hoped for. We could load things heavier, as any supplier can, but the moment a specification becomes a statistical average, the customer has bought something other than what was quoted.
